At Tuka Finds, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unused and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, used personal care items cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at tukafinds@gmail.com before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. In cases of damaged or incorrect orders, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at tukafinds@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Used personal care items
- Hazardous materials
- Sale items and gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order first and then place a new order.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at tukafinds@gmail.com.
